ABOUT KATIE: Born and raised in Montrose, Colorado, Katie Davis has an adventurous spirit and servants heart. These two characteristics, combined with her love for travel, allowed her to thrive as a flight attendant for Northwest Airlines and explore Japan, Canada and other areas all over the United States. “It was an experience of a lifetime”, says Katie. “Something I will never forget.”
After the birth of her children, Katie pursued an interest in the medical arena where her nurturing heart and desire to help people was a perfect fit for a career change. Katie is proud to be a registered nurse and serve the needs of others during difficult and joyous times.
Through the years, Katie invested in real estate, sometimes flipping and renting, or, selling these properties. She has grown to love the whole aspect of buying and selling properties so much that she thought to herself, “why not help others with their real estate needs just as I help my patients with their needs when I am nursing.” Now that Katie has her real estate license, she is excited to start yet another experience of a life time, helping you with all of your real estate endeavors. 
On a personal note, Katie is the mother of three spectacular boys and an amazing boyfriend. She enjoys spending her free time with them playing games, skiing, hiking, camping, golfing, swimming, riding bikes, riding horses, fishing and traveling. As a Montrose native, Katie has seen many changes in our beautiful Uncompahgre Valley and is eager to serve your real estate needs.
