Debi is part of an elite group who has earned a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation and securing a place in the top 3% of real estate agents in the country who have proven to have a high level of professional experience and sales production, demonstrate the highest standard of professional ethics, have specific experience in managing residential transactions, and have strong technical abilities to meet the demands of today’s market. Additionally, Debi is one of only 20% of all REALTORS® nationwide to hold a Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation. The Graduate REALTOR® Institute is an esteem institution of the National Association of REALTORS® that sets the standards for real estate professionalism, knowledge and productivity, by providing sound training in the critical skills of the real estate business. The GRI designation signifies a dedicated and knowledgeable professional within the industry. Debi is also certified as a Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource Specialist.
Debi is an avid community volunteer and her civic involvement has a 30-year depth. "We each have a number of different roles in our lives—different areas or capacities in which we have responsibilities", says Debi. "I like to combine my roles and strengths, with a need in the non-profit sector to help improve our community life. The experience of volunteering is a positive one and the joy you can bring to others is priceless.” Debi served 9 years on the Montrose Memorial Hospital Board of Directors primarily in a leadership capacity and chairing the board for several years. She also served on the Black Canyon Surgery Center Board of Directors, CASA Voices for Children, Partners, Drug Endangered Children Task Force, NRA Committee, Mule Deer Foundation, youth and high school wrestling committees and many more. Debi currently serves as the Board President for the Montrose Association of REALTORS®, Board President of PEER Kindness--an anti-bullying organization, and sits on an advisory committee for 970 Studios designed to help high school students build relationships with businesses and transition into, and experience, the workforce through student internships. Debi’s volunteer impact was publically recognized in 2017 when she was nominated by the community and selected by a panel of judges to represent in the inception year of ‘Women of Distinction’ honorees. That same year, her peers and colleagues voted her as the 2017 REALTOR® Of The Year.? Debi, mother of four, is an empty nester. Debi's extended family were one of the first settlers in this beautiful valley. When not working, you will find her enjoying "anything outdoors". Her passion for God, her family and her life permeates in all that she does.
